A grieving local family handed over £2,500 to Ardgowan Hospice after they cared for their late loved one.
The McRobie family tragically lost their patriarch, Richard, in February last year after a short battle with stage four oesophagus cancer.
As well as big-hearted friends and family raising £1,500 at the funeral, Linda's team at Bank of Scotland held their own fundraiser and added another £1,000 to the total.
Handing over the cheques to Elaine McNeill of Ardgowan Hospice were Linda, her brother Brian and mum Margaret.
Linda, a Banking Consultant at the West Blackhall Street branch, said: "On behalf of my family, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who donated whether that be at my dad's funeral or in the branch.
"It's been a hard year but we can take some comfort in that we know we are helping other people - the hospice are amazing and they could not do enough for my family."
