BUSINESS is booming in Inverclyde's housing market early in the new year compared to 2020.
Figures from RightMove show that Greenock estate agency Neill Clerk sold more homes last month than January last year despite the pandemic.
A spokesperson said: "Lockdown continues, but many buyers are still searching for their new home."
