A WORLDWIDE drag performer from Greenock has proved a huge hit on a popular television programme across the pond.
Ross McCorkell, whose stage name is Rosé, has been impressing the world on TV show RuPaul's Drag Race, hosted by RuPaul Charles.
As fans asked about the talented performer's background, Ross, who now resides in New York replied: "Yes I'm from Greenock!
"I grew up mostly in Aberdeen before moving to the states but I'm an Inverclyde diva at heart.
"Most of my family live in the Glasgow area and in normal times I come back every one to two years."
