FERGUSON'S shipyard is launching a recruitment drive as work steps up on the two CalMac ferries.
Bosses at the Port yard have brought in a recruitment firm to handle staffing who say they want to attract to top talent and 'skilled candidates from the local community'.
They say that there are immediate vacancies available for experienced platers, shipwrights, caulker/burners and welders.
People interested in applying should email ferguson.marine@advantagegroup.co.uk with their CV.
