A PORT Glasgow councillor has stepped in to help a resident living in terrible housing conditions.
David Morrison, of Robert Street, featured in the Telegraph, saying there were squatters in his close, people setting fires and trying to break into flats.
Councillor Jim MacLeod read our article and wanted to help.
He said: "I have spoken to David and I will contact the council and health and social care partnership officials to look into his housing issues."
