Scotland's hilariously named gritters have been out in full force the last few days as wintry weather hits the country.
No stranger to the headlines, Scotland's brilliantly named gritters provide a giggle every winter season.
Taking to the truck roads across Scotland today are gritters such as Salt Disney, Charles Rennie Mackinslush and Mary Queen of Salt.
From October 1 to May 15, a 24-hour dedicated winter maintenance service operates on all Scotland's trunk roads.
Fans of the funny names have been enjoying tracking the vehicles' movement across the country today thanks to the Scottish Government's Trunk Road Gritter Tracker.
The page provides live tracking of gritters on the trunk road network and displays a trail for where gritters have previously passed along the trunk routes across Scotland.
Active gritters are displayed on the map in yellow and will orientate according to the direction of travel.
Inactive gritters that are perhaps parked up at a depot, are greyed out with the gritter icon facing East.
Those looking for a particular gritter can search for it on the tracker, or you can choose to view your local area only.
Today on Inverclyde's roads you can spot Gritty Gonzales, Buzz Iceclear and On Her Majesty's Slippery Surface - although the map has been updating throughout the day and various gritters have been in the area.
