A WOMAN has been charged with stealing her mum's bank card and using it to help herself to cash from an ATM machine at Port Glasgow Tesco.
Chloe Fitzgerald, 26, is said to have committed the alleged offences on January 25 whilst on bail regarding another criminal matter.
Fitzgerald, of the Inverclyde Centre, has pleaded not guilty at Greenock Sheriff Court, with the case due to call again in June. (22 June)
She has been allowed bail on condition that she does not approach or contact her mother and stays away from Highholm Street.
