Greenock Sheriff Court
A LARKFIELD man charged with attacking a ten-year-old girl to injury is set for trial at the sheriff court.
Richard Footit, 36, is accused of repeatedly kicking the child on her body.
Prosecutors say the alleged assault took place on September 21 last year.
Footit, of Devon Road, has had a not guilty plea maintained in his absence from the latest calling of the case by lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The case is due to be heard on March 1.
