A GREENOCK man charged with being concerned in the supplying of cannabis in the town is set for trial at the sheriff court next month.
Jordan O'Neill, 25, is facing a total of six drug charges, including alleged possession of cocaine.
Prosecutors say he was caught distributing cannabis at Nelson Street on June 4 last year at the same time he is alleged to have had the cocaine.
O'Neill, of Dalmally Street, is facing four other allegations of cannabis possession at Neil Street, Caddlehill Street, Inverkip Street and Gilmour Street on May 25, 26 and 30 and July 9 respectively.
He had pleas of not guilty maintained in his absence from the latest calling of the case by lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
