A MAN has been arrested for alleged drug driving after a car ploughed into a residential garden in Port Glasgow.
The 23-year-old is said to have lost control of the vehicle on the town's Arran Avenue at around 6.15pm on Thursday.
Police arrested him on suspicion of being intoxicated on drugs and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
The man has been released from police custody on an undertaking to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court at a later date.
