A PORT Glasgow man charged with unlawful possession of an offensive weapon is set for trial at Greenock Sheriff Court.
Gary O'Hagan, 44, is said to have had a knuckleduster with him on the Port's Bardrainney Avenue on August 13 last year.
O'Hagan, of Bardrainney Avenue, has had a plea of not guilty maintained in his absence from the latest calling of the case by lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The trial is due to take place on March 10.
