SECOND doses of Covid-19 vaccines are now being rolled out in Inverclyde's care homes.
The operation got underway on Monday, earlier than initially planned.
The council said: "Residents and care home staff, who received their first dose of vaccine within the care home setting between December 17 and January 21, will now receive their second dose.
"Care home staff will be contacted and allocated a day to attend to receive their second dose."
