INVERCLYDE'S MSP highlighted the Tele's 'Time to Talk' day campaign at the Scottish Parliament.
Stuart McMillan commended the campaign during a parliament mental health debate, praising our reporter Amy Shearer for going public with her own story.
He said: "Amy's story about bullying in school was awful, but one I thank her for having the bravery to talk about.
"The fact Amy did this tells the story there is still a vast amount of work to do.
"With societal change and political change, I believe we can take leaps and help the many people in the consistuency who are facing mental health problems."
