WEST Scotland MSP Jamie Greene is proposing a tutoring scheme to help thousands of local schoolchildren who have had their learning disrupted by Covid-19.
He said: “Thousands of school pupils across Inverclyde have experienced considerable disruption for almost a year now and we need new radical proposals in order for them to be able to catch-up on missed learning."
