Inverclyde
A REPORT released yesterday says annual house prices in Inverclyde are up by almost 10 per cent.
In December 2019, the average price of a property in Inverclyde was £125,293.
In December 2020, that figure rose by 9.8 per cent to £137,632 according to the Walker Fraser Steele Chartered Surveyors’ Scottish House Price Index.
