A GREENOCK man has been charged with breaching a bail order by allegedly having possession of an internet-enabled device.
John McDonald, 53, is said to have been caught in unlawful possession of a smartphone on February 18.
He appeared on petition in private at the sheriff court and made no plea to the allegation through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The case has been committed for further examination, with a date for its next calling still to be confirmed.
