A MIDWIFE from Inverclyde is part of a team walking 100 miles to support women struggling with mental health in pregnancy.
Vicki Mazzoni is one of a group in her hospital who have raised £4,000 so far for a maternal wellbeing service.
The lead midwife for North Glasgow, who works at the Princess Royal Maternity Hospital, said: "We’ve been able to keep everyone motivated and supported, and it’s had a really positive impact on staff wellbeing.
"Now that people can meet up outside it’s going to be even better.”
Around 65 members of staff from the hospital have walked 100 miles in a month.
They are raising money for the service run by the Inverclyde-based charity Quarriers.
