ONE of Inverclyde's most popular tourist attractions is in full bloom thanks to the efforts of a talented horticulturist.
Cathy Galbraith, who is the head gardener at Wemyss Bay Railway Station, sourced an array of red, pink and white busy lizzies, white and blue trailing lobelias, yellow and pink begonias, antirrhinums and fuchsias to brighten up the facility for the summer.
A spokesperson for the Friends of the Station said: "Pink and red geraniums have been planted in the tubs on the pier and sweet peas, clematis, honeysuckle and jasmine are being grown in our plot at the south end of the car park.
"Together they will make a spectacular display."
