Lithgows Bar reopens after COVID-19.
A GREENOCK bar has narrowly missed out on a national accolade in a prestigious awards ceremony.
Lithgows was in the running for 'Scotland's best new bar' category at The Scottish Bar & Pub Awards.
Publican Andrew McQuade said: "We were up against some tough competition and the venues were amazing.
"Unfortunately we didn’t win the award, however it’s a personal achievement for myself to even be nominated and to be up against some of the most respected venues in Scotland.
"All in all, in my eyes we still won."
