This stunning video captured earlier this month shows the Northern Lights dancing over Millport and the Isle of Cumbrae.

The Northern Lights, also known as the aurora borealis, is a natural light display caused by disturbances in the magnetosphere by solar wind.
They are most common in high-latitude regions, but have been seen across the world in special cases.
