INVERCLYDE'S libraries are set to be visited by a Scottish Book Trust storyteller as part of a week-long reading event.
Storyteller Gauri Raje will give an insight into the art of performance through telling stories, during a free-to-attend event at Greenock Central Library on Thursday April 28 from 5.30-6.30pm.
The Scottish Book Trust's 'Story Wagon' will also roll into Inverclyde, kicking off a week of fairy tales and story-making events.
The events are part of the 'Scotland’s Stories: Community Campfires Residency' with Inverclyde Libraries, a programme which is supported by EventScotland.
The story wagon will be at Port Glasgow Library from 10am to 5pm on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 April.
It will also be stationed at Greenock's Clyde Square from 10am until 5pm between Wednesday 27 and Friday April 29.
