TWO Albanian men on an indictment charge accused of being concerned in the supply of cannabis in Inverclyde are set to stand trial before a jury at Greenock Sheriff Court.
Altion Qosja, 45, of Essex, maintained a plea of not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher at the latest calling of the case.
An arrest warrant for co-accused Erion Beqiraj, 43, of Northampton, was granted by Sheriff David Pender after he failed to appear.
Both accused were originally being prosecuted at High Court level until the Crown reduced the matter last December.
The trial is scheduled to get underway on December 12.
