RIVER Clyde Homes' IT infrastructure has been given a clean bill of health by experts.
The housing association has obtained cyber security accreditation through a scheme supported by the UK Government.
Procedures and systems have been updated to meet rigorous requirements and customers have extra protection through PINs and secure passwords to devices.
Lorna Williams, the association's business performance and systems manager, said: “This is a huge achievement and one we are proud of.
"But that doesn’t mean the cyber risk is eliminated - customers should remain vigilant and reach out to us if they receive anything suspect in their inboxes that appears to be from River Clyde Homes or Home Fix Scotland.”
