HARDY cold water swimmers are continuing to take the plunge in Inverclyde.
A group of locals have been meeting to brave the waters in the area, learn about how to wild swim safely, and reap the health benefits of wild swimming - all organised through local charity YourVoice.
Their usual meeting point is Lunderston Bay but they recently escaped the heatwave by going for a dip at Loch Thom.
YourVoice says it will continue to run the open water sessions until later in the year and anyone looking for more information or to sign up can call them on 01475 728628.
