REGULARS at one of Greenock's oldest pubs raised more than their glasses to collect £437 for Thistle Help Foodbank.
Customers at the Carnock Bar were only too happy to help the good cause.
Stephen Gavin, who runs the foodbank, says he is very grateful for their help.
He told the Tele: "The foodbank is doing really well and we want to thank the Carnock and everyone else who has supported us.
"We also stock furniture, suites, beds and washing machines as well as food.
"It's good to know we are helping the whole community."
The Carnock also donated £1,000 to Ardgowan Hospice this year.
