A GREENOCK man stole booze from the town's Tesco then returned to the store the following day and helped himself to a TV, it is alleged.
Patrick Flynn, 41, of Lyle Street, targeted the supermarket on September 10 and 11 last year whilst on bail, prosecutors say.
He has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher at the sheriff court.
The case is due to call again on April 18, ahead of a trial scheduled for May 15.
