A GREENOCK man and a youth have been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs in the town.
Robert Meechan, 55, and the 17-year-old are accused of supplying heroin and cocaine from a third-floor flat on Ann Street.
Prosecutors say that Meechan and the youth — who cannot be identified for legal reasons — were both on sheriff court bail orders at the time of the alleged offences on February 16.
The 17-year-old is also charged with possession of cannabis.
Both accused appeared from custody at the sheriff court, made no plea through lawyers Amy Spencer and Gerry Keenan during a petition hearing in private and were allowed bail.
A date for the next calling of the case is to be confirmed.
