A GREENOCK man has been charged with carrying out a dozen shoplifting raids at stores across Inverclyde whilst subject to 11 sheriff court bail orders.
Simon Driver, 44, is accused of stealing booze on six occasions as well as clothes, aftershave, razors, toys, toiletries and food on others.
Prosecutors say he targeted Aldi, Semichem, Tesco and Bargain Buys in Greenock and the Co-op at Wemyss Bay between September and December last year.
Driver, of the Inverclyde Centre, pleaded not guilty through lawyer Derek Buchanan at the sheriff court.
The case is due to call again on April 18.
