PLANS to create an outbuilding with a bedroom and sitting room in the garden of a Gourock home are being considered by Inverclyde Council.
Proposals to build a self-contained 'annexe' in the rear garden of a home on Moorfield Road have been lodged with the local authority.
The application states that the outbuilding would be used as 'self-contained residential accomodation'.
If plans are approved the new structure would have a bedroom, sitting room and shower area and would be located next to the property's existing garage.
