FRESH plans for a commercial development at a vacant site in Greenock owned by an Easdale family firm are being considered by council planners.
James and Sandy Easdale's property firm Dalglen Investments snapped up the former Breedon Aggregates yard on Orchard Street in November 2020.
The company were later given permission by Inverclyde Council for a number of new business, industrial and storage units on the site.
The company has now submitted revised plans for the site seeking approval for a pair of buildings.
One of the structures would have five garages inside, while the other would contain nine small units with several toilets and tea bars.
Application documents state the premises would be used for industrial and storage or distribution use.
