LADIES at Gourock Bowling Club enjoyed splendid sunny weather as they got their season under way.
The opening bowl was thrown by ladies’ section president Evelyn Cochrane.
The club also thanked president David Stevenson, Mhairi McNeil and other representatives for their efforts on the day.
A spokesperson for the club said: “To all bowlers, we extend every good wish for the year ahead and thank all who joined us to make this day such a success.”
