ARDGOWAN Hospice celebrated the King Charles’ crowning in style with a coronation coffee morning at a Greenock church.

Joanna Hunter, fundraising manager at Ardgowan Hospice, told the Telegraph that the event had been a big success.
Joanna said: “We wanted to mark the coronation and we thought it’d be nice to hold a wee coffee morning, which is something we haven’t really done since Covid.
“We thought it might be nice to get together and have a nice wee coffee morning.
“We’ve been running a raffle and there’s been a great turnout, we’re really pleased to see so many come along.
“We always had regular coffee mornings but it was something we hadn’t really started back since pandemic, so this has been a great occasion for it.”
