The Gourock Butcher put on the market ahead of owner's retirement
GOUROCK'S only butcher shop has been put on the market as its current owner prepares to retire.
The leasehold of The Gourock Butcher on Shore Street is being marketed by property firm Bowman Rebecchi for offers over £30,000, with a new long-term lease available to be negotiated with its current landlord.
The shop's equipment, fixtures and fittings, which include a walk-in fridge and a TV media player, are available as part of the purchase.
The business's current owner plans to retire after the shop is sold.
