COMMUTERS faced disruption this morning after a signalling fault forced Gourock trains to leave from and terminate at Port Glasgow.
National Rail said they expected services to be affected until 9am, however the route has now fully reopened.
They said: “Lines have reopened following a fault with the signalling system between Port Glasgow and Gourock.

“As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled or revised to start/terminate from Port Glasgow.”
Passengers are urged to check their journey before they travel using National Rail’s Journey Planner.
