THOUSANDS of people turned out in the sunshine for the Kilmacolm and Port Glasgow Show.
Organisers said it was a great success with people of all ages enjoying the attractions at the Knapps.
Top attractions were Drakes of Hazard, a sheepdog rounding up ducks, vintage tractors and the education tent.
Morven Armour, a director of the show, said: "It was brilliant, the car park was full by lunchtime and we had a bus coming back and forward from the village, Norrie Johnstone kindly volunteered to do this for us.
"It was a really good show, the weather really helped. It meant people enjoyed what was going on outside, there was no mud and it was safer for all the animals as well when people were handling them.
"Everyone enjoyed the education tent, that was really busy, with children getting to see the lambs up close. There was also the chance to milk a big plastic cow and there were people giving talks about the animals."
Morven said there was a good level of entries in the sheep and cows section and there was also new competitors in the horse section.
Entries were also up in the home baking, floral art and crafts in the 'industrial' tent.
Morven said: "We have a very good level of entries, both in the adults and children's class. It had dipped after Covid, so it was nice to see the numbers going up again.
"We were also happy to see new competitors in the horse section. The Kilmacolm Show is on the same day as the Ayr Show, so we were pleased to see new people coming along.
"The whole committee is delighted about the show, it's great to be back in person and hopefully everyone enjoyed it."
