PLANS to turn an empty Greenock shop into a new cafe are being considered by Inverclyde Council.
A change of use application seeking permission to re-open vacant premises on Wren Road as an eatery has been lodged with the local authority.
Drawings submitted alongside the application indicate that there would be seating for 32 people.
