A CALMAC ferry has been withdrawn from service today to undergo repairs after the vessel was damaged.
MV Ali Cat, which serves the Gourock-Dunoon route, has fibreglass damage to the starboard quarter and CalMac said a further update will be provided 'as soon as possible'.
The vessel has operated the passenger-only service linking Inverclyde with Cowal, along with the MV Argyll Flyer, for more than decade.
