THE public are being asked to choose Inverclyde Music Festival's new mascot.
Organisers of the area's annual gala are calling on locals to vote for the popular event's new mascot from a shortlist of three designs.
The artworks were submitted by local schoolchildren as part of a competition festival bosses ran earlier this year.
Once all entries were submitted, the team of organisers visited arts charity RIG Arts, who helped them whittle the long list of potential mascots down to just three.
They are now holding a ballot on social media to decide which of the designs will be the offical mascot for the musical celebration's 2024 edition.
Those wishing to vote in the poll can do so on through the competition's Twitter page, @InverclydeFest, or through their Facebook.
Votes will close on Sunday June 11.
