A VANDALISM accused man charged with smashing a window at a Greenock house is set to stand trial next month.
Connor Mahon is said to have wilfully or recklessly struck a window at a property in Branchton Road on October 27 last year causing it to smash.
According to court papers, the 21-year-old committed the alleged offence while on three bail orders.
Mahon, of Hay Street, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher and is due to return to Greenock Sheriff Court for trial on July 10.
