ADULTS in Inverclyde are being invited to try out Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a new 10-week course launches in Greenock.
Inverclyde Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will open its doors to new members on Monday July 17.
The dedicated beginners class will introduce new people to the sport and help them build up skills week by week.
The club says this approach has been ‘hugely successful’ in the past, with some beginners going on to win tournaments.
Spaces will be limited and those interested are urged to contact Inverclyde Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on Facebook.
