A FORMER garage which has been lying vacant in Port Glasgow looks set to get a new lease of life.

Property firm Bowman Rebecchi say that they have found a new tenant for the premises on Muirshiel Lane, which sits behind Inverclyde Community Development Trust's Hub.

A 'long term lease' has been agreed for the premises.

The unit is part of the wider Devol business centre, which boasts a wide range of other tenants, including trade, manufacturing, offices, and training rooms.

With the property under offer, further details of the new tenants will be released when missives are finalised and signed.
