ACCIDENT and emergency waiting time target performance is improving at Inverclyde Royal according to latest figures.
The percentage of patients who were seen within four hours of arrival at the hospital between July 24 and 30 was 88.8, up on the previous week's figure of 88.2 per cent.
This rate was higher than the Scottish average of 69 per cent and also bettered the rate across the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde health board area, which was 71.5.
