A MAN struck self-service kiosks and pretended to be in possession of a weapon at McDonald’s in Greenock, it is alleged.
Jordan A’Hara is charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the fast-food restaurant on James Watt Way on June 30.
It is alleged the 19-year-old shouted, swore and uttered abusive remarks and threats of violence.
Prosecutors further claim A’Hara threw two cones at a window and repeatedly refused to desist.
He is also said to have refused to leave the premises despite requests to do to.
The Crown says that A’Hara committed the alleged offences while on bail.
The matter was continued without plea through A’Hara’s lawyer Gerry Keenan, and is set to call again on August 25.
