INVERCLYDE Foodbank's stocks have been given a boost.
Volunteers arranged a collection at the Tesco store in Port Glasgow and were inundated.
They collected 644kgs of food and the sum of £240 to buy extra supplies.
A spokesperson for the foodbank said: "We couldn’t provide help without these donations."
