A TOWN centre bar/restaurant which closed down at the end of last year is being marketed to let.
The former WestEnd premises on West Blackhall Street is billed by property agents Bowman Rebecchi as a 'superb town centre restaurant/bar'.
It closed down on Christmas Eve, with the previous occupant citing spiralling energy costs and other bills for the decision after over five years of trading.
Bowman Rebecchi said: "The restaurant provides a warm and welcoming entrance and reception area, with window bay seating as well as bar side stools for those having bar snacks, with the unit offering approximately 60 covers with a fixed bar area which is modern and inviting, and previous specialised in cocktails alongside traditional beers and spirits."
It also has a large rear seating area.
The venue is available on a stepped rent of £1,250 per month for the first two years.
