AN A-listed former church in Greenock which was put on the market earlier this year is now under offer.
The historic Finnart St Paul's on Newark Street was made available at offers of around £230,000 in May.
The building, which dates back to 1893, was designed by Sir Robert Rowand Anderson in the Gothic Perpendicular style using Dumfries red sandstone and small slates.
Church of Scotland's website lists the disused premises as 'under offer'.

The Telegraph revealed last year that the premises had been listed as 'pending disposal' by the local presbytery in a draft mission plan.
The document stated that the funds from the sale of Finnart St Paul's and the Old West Kirk on the Esplanade would be used to cover the costs of repair work at the former Ardgowan Parish building at Union Street.
Finnart St Paul's, the Old West Kirk and Ardgowan Parish, amalgamated to form Lyle Kirk in 2011.
