The new cafe, located in the unit that was formerly Massa's on Argyll Street, is being run by talented chef Ben Egan.
Originally from Birmingham, Ben has travelled extensively through Asia, where he developed a love of the cuisines of countries such as Japan and Vietnam.
In a post on Facebook, the new premises' owners said the venue's first day had been 'nuts' but thanked customers for their kindness and support.
