POLICE divers have been spotted at Greenock's Esplanade today - but not as part of any emergency incident.
The Dive and Marine Team were taking advantage of the splendid weather to get in a spot of training.
Police Scotland confirmed there were no ongoing incidents in the area.
The team is made up of multi-skilled divers who take part in underwater search and recovery missions.
They are involved in various police activities, including missing persons investigations, searches for evidence believed to have been disposed of in bodies of water and counter terrorism operations.
