A BOUTIQUE cruise ship has berthed in Greenock on a eight-night trip around Britain’s coastline.
Spirit of Adventure eventually emerged from thick fog this afternoon after her early morning arrival in low visibility conditions.
She left Dover on September 3 and has already made one stop in Kirkwall.
The vessel's current trip aims to showcase the beauty of the country’s coastlines ‘from a new perspective’.
Passengers have this week taken in views of Ullapool at Loch Broom, the Isle of Mull and Fingal’s Cave on Staffa.
The ship is due to return to Dover on September 11 before setting off on a 6-day ‘late summer escape’ to Cork, the Scilly Isles, and Saint-Malo in France.
Launched in 2020, Spirit of Adventure is operated by Saga Cruises.
She can carry almost 1,000 passengers across her 14 decks.
