IT has been a busy morning at Greenock Ocean Terminal as the port welcomes two cruise ships to the town.
Nicko Cruises' Vasco Da Gama and Quark Expeditions' World Explorer arrived early this morning.
The former, built in 1993, is a 13-deck vessel currently on a 17-day cruise from Kiel to Bremerhaven.
She departed Germany last Tuesday and has since made stops in Copenhagen, Leith, Dundee, Aberdeen and Invergordon.
The ship will set off for Belfast at around 11pm tonight.
Vasco Da Gama, which can carry up to 1,000 passengers, is home to seven bars and cafes, and a lido deck pool which can be used year-round thanks to its flexible sliding glass roof.
World Explorer sailed in from Tobermory this morning.
The eight-deck ship has a passenger capacity of 200 and is usually found on Antarctic exploration voyages.
She has a large heated outdoor pool, a library, a L’Occitane spa and a sauna, as well as a glass-domed observation lounge which provides panoramic polar views.
